And also, the budget they did have went into preparing/training the girls -- which just happens to be the segment of kpop finances that has seen the greatest decline over the years.

It's like a plot out of a comic book.

Mascara: Cesar & Loui (American) did the most mastering and finished producing. The singer Aleesia wrote the song with the Korean rappers Hwaji & WUTAN For Tippy Toes, The Korean Producers 220 were doing the producing and mastering. 220 isn't 250 the producers behind New Jeans, here is 220's work The Singer, Songwriter Rachel West wrote Tippy Toes (along with Puppet Show & GIRL GVNG), Rachel West is also the songwriter of my favorite ITZY song The Korean Rappers Hwaji & ELMO (who's also a producer) were also part of the songwriting. Funny enough, Woke Up & Shooting Star are the song who have the most Japanese people in the credits.
