She’s undoubtedly one of the top artists of recent generations, but a phenomena like MJ and The Beatles? 
 

What song of hers took the world by storm and became an unarguable classic? What album if her sold 20M+ WW and is a staple that everyone knows? 
 

Her legacy is consistency. She’s very good at making “in” music and promoting herself (she’s one of the few artists from the 2000s who actively utilizes Tik Tok for promotion to snatch Gen Z and create hits)

 

But she just doesn’t feel like some artist where people will be singing her classics in 50 years

The only thing people (rightfully) point out with things like this is the full picture. 
 

Taylor has what, 15 albums between studio and releases? With like 7 being released in the last 3 years (?) 

 

That paired with having a huge dedicated fanbase will obviously work in her favor. 
 

None of that means she’s not also getting massive public support, but this constant acting like admitting her fan base and # of releases obviously affects her streaming numbers is a crime is weird.
