That's actually huge. So many pop girl albums from the 80s-00s are seen as smashes and are at like 5x platinum. This album is at 7.4m in just four years and during the streaming era. I wonder where HTE and Sour are at.

SOUR sold 5M+ in august 2023. Probably at 5.5M now

Billboard themselves keep posting inflated SPS numbers including non-official video views :deadbanana: It's not possible for it to be past 7m.

2019: 2,518,000

2020: 1,315,000

2021: 834,000

2022: 630,000

2023: 500,000~

= 5,797,000

Adding in pre-release 2018 activity its prob just around the 6m mark. They should specify these numbers include user-upload video streams which don't even count for RIAA or Billboard.

Smash album though. :clap3:

Does this mean Lover surpassed it in units? Or is the 6.3M units as well inflated with UGC?
