I’m assuming, since it is in its 60th anniversary (released November 1963), that a special edition was released at a reasonable price. I could be wrong.

60th Anniversary picture disc vinyl LP.....No I didn't buy it, just wanted to see if 1 was released.

Deluxe version ???

The deluxe version added one (1) new song to the album that wasn't available on streaming last week that is nowhere to be found on US Spotify or US Apple Music. So no, that is not the reason. The album is holding well on Apple Music with "FTCU" and "Everybody" also going viral and holding well too.

I haaaaate Lover (the album) but I still need her to stay at that ten position, if only to lock that literal murderer out of a T10

Nice numbers for Nicki!!!

I didn’t notice Midnights sales were this high, did something cause that surge?

There are a couple small things helping like vinyl being restocked here and there, but her pure sales are way up across the board in the last month or two - look at Folklore, for instance, predicted to sell 22k this week. Seems like a holiday season kind of effect more than anything else.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the artist at #2 selling her album for $5?

Well you are wrong because the cheapest the album is being sold on her website is $8.

Didn't realise we had a literal murderer and pedophile competing for top 10 wtf :hoetenks:WHO is supporting this abomination?

It's because it has several Christmas classics on it that people don't know are attached to a Phil Spectator album. For example,  Sleigh Ride by the Ronnettes and Christmas (baby come home ) by Darlene Love.

Phil Spectator only sings on the least popular song.

He's dead at least so he can't profit off it.

Queen had its official CD release during week 2 which helped boost its numbers. So I would say this is pretty exceptional, nearly 100k in week 2 is great and not something we see often besides the usual Drake, Taylor, Bad Bunny, etc.

So I removed the pure sales from the equation: it's 74.5K streaming units for PF2 and 74K streaming units for Queen in the second week.

Taylor is truly unmatched. I'm so happy Folklore is getting love.
