I mean, we can all kiki at the fact that we don't know her, she's a nobody and has a meltdown yada yada. But ask anyone over the age of 20 about taylor swift and and they're more likely than not to give a similar opinion; bar the abrasiveness of course. 

 

The fact is that taylor swift has persevered in a field at which she is, quite frankly, pretty terrible. So naturally some eyebrows will raise. 

 

Up until not long ago huge tours like this were only achieved by top entertainers who held amazing live shows. Be it rock bands that played all their music live, or performers with great showmanship over in the pop sphere. Taylor swift is neither.  She's not the only one though, she's just the more famous example. I think people feel similarilly about the likes of ed sheeran, bad bunny etc, they're just not at the front of public discussion at the moment.
