Feanor Posted December 2, 2023 Posted December 2, 2023 Half of the top 10… 240k+ in pure sales this week across her catalog… 450k+ SPS units in one single week… This must be the biggest week of her career to date outside of album release weeks. 1

Yeah, I think so. The second week of 1989 (2014) is a bit close since that one album alone did 402K but I believe she only had Red also charting, and in the 100s.
FightDragonsWithMe Posted December 2, 2023 Posted December 2, 2023 Five Albums in the Top 10 and she's alive and well

Ascareus Kratos Posted December 3, 2023 Posted December 3, 2023 That folklore really is her game changer.. 1

People wrote her off as “in decline” during lover, but she came back fighting starting with folklore. She also has music for the OG swifties, music for the newer ones, sad songs, pop masterpieces. The Eras tour was genius go with the Taylor’s versions. New fans are discovering her old work (myself included, had never heard fearless, speak now, until TV and still haven’t listened to debut and won’t until Taylor’s version). It’s been amazing to watch. I think that’s why lover has resurged as well, people discovering it (maybe new fans, maybe fans that slept on it, or maybe were fans but stopped during that time). CS was crazy on its own, but half the top 10 of the billboard 200 1
fridayteenage Posted December 3, 2023 Posted December 3, 2023 what some people said at that time was that she was declining every era. rep, lover, evermore. and certain claimed folklore as well because "the singles did nothing! only the variants are keeping her afloat!"
Anti-Hero Posted December 3, 2023 Posted December 3, 2023 If I were an OTH, I will just stop dragging Taylor. There is no point dragging her at this point 3

Galah Posted December 4, 2023 Posted December 4, 2023 At this point Taylor just needs to release 200 albums and have them all chart simultaneously. I legitimately believe she could pull it off.
Xpress2019 Posted December 4, 2023 Posted December 4, 2023 It is INSANE what she’s doing on the charts this year….crazy stuff. You would think people would be tired of her by now but when she’s occupying half of the top 10 on the albums chart, it shows there’s still a lot of demand. What’s also interesting is that Taylor has just let the Eras tour do all the promo. Yes there’s been playlisting, radio etc, this woman has not promoted ANY of this stuff on a morning show, late night talk show etc. She didn’t even release a video for 1989 TV yet she still scored a number 1 song and album. Insane. 1 1
