Huh?! Believe peaked at #3 on AC & Song For The Lonely peaked at #11. :rip: The AC format was much more different back then than it is now,  dance songs peaking that high then was more of an achievement.

Radio sis-

AC Radio are essentially oldies/christmas music stations from Halloween to new years. That’s why audience impressions are so slow because they spend the majority of the time spinning Xmas songs, and whatever new song is released that year goes #1 annually

Prior Hot AC number one hits, like Cher it’s typically who performs at the Thanksgiving parade.

- NewSong, “The Christmas Shoes”

- Josh Groban, “O Holy Night”

- Jim Brickman with Kristy Starling, “Sending You a Little Christmas”

- Josh Groban, “Believe (from Polar Express)”

- Kimberley Locke, “Up on the House Top”

- Kimberley Locke, “Jingle Bells”

- Kimberley Locke, “Frosty the Snowman” and Josh Groban, “I’ll Be Home for Christmas”

- Faith Hill, “A Baby Changes Everything”

- N/A (You Belong with Me was #1 all December)

- Mariah Carey, “Oh Santa”

- Michael Buble, “All I Want for Christmas Is You”

- Rod Stewart, “Let It Snow”

- Kelly Clarkson, “Underneath the Tree”

- Idina Menzel and Michael Buble, “Baby It’s Cold Outside

- Seal, “This Christmas”

- Train, “This Christmas”

- Sia, “Santa’s Coming for Us”

- John Legend, “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” and Katy Perry, “Cozy Little Christmas”

- Jonas Brothers, “Like It’s Christmas”

- Meghan Trainor feat. Seth MacFarlene, “White Christmas”

- Michael Buble, “Let It Snow” and Ed Sheeran with Elton John, “Merry Christmas”

- Backstreet Boys, “Last Christmas”

- Cher, “DJ Play a Christmas Song”
