I’d love to see Mariah share the spotlight each year. I just want AIWFC to break the record for most weeks at #1 eventually and then pass the Christmas torch. Brenda came so close the last tracking week last year, but she is coming strong right out the gate this year! I wonder who will get the most weeks at #1 this year

Jingle Bell Rock and Last Christmas both look like future potential #1’s, but who knows tbh. I can’t see Mariah getting the #1 every week over the holidays forever. 
 

I also wonder if bigger artists will start releasing more Christmas music in the future, seeing how profitable it can be each year since streaming blew up, if you create a classic.

Again, as long as Billboard doesn't block Mariah's retake of most weeks at #1 I think it'd be great if 2 or 3 xmas songs had turns at #1

It can be a Mariah, Brenda, Wham, Jingle Bell rock #1 mainstay in December for the remainder of the decade. I'm here for it.

 

I just want Mariah to get enough weeks to overtake Old town road's weeks. I don't need her to be #1 for 50 weeks or anything like that.
