Lately I have bought their album, which I found on sale, I was surprised how many catchy songs they have.

Never been a fan of this song, and I’ve always wondered how it became that popular

Maybe it doesn’t feel forgotten to me because I have always listened to it. But not really sure about other people/places, maybe it’s more of a timeless hit in certain regions.

 

But I have no idea it went #1 on the Hot 100! I thought it was like a sleeper hit but didn’t really become that big. Amazing!

Agree with all the comments saying it feels forgotten. I feel I only hear it in grocery stores but it’s one of those songs where everyone from my generation knows it if it comes on
