Should've pushed Slvt harder this week and then IION? for a 1-2-3 punch of them and Cruel Summer for #1

Yeah I obvi get why her team is pushing the most popular song but its performance is what’s confusing to me. Guess it just didn’t click with me (yet)?

it has Haylor tea and the geepee loves when Lord drags men spacer.png

Meanwhile I Know Places is right there

Oh wow oh wow. The way this is her first proper single dragging an ex-boyfriend since…….. “Red.”

It’s been a long time coming.

It's also number one on Spotify in most of Taylor's key markets (US, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand). :clap3:

Random. It's the 4th best vault track.

Not really random when it's the most streamed vault track. :clap3:

Now That We Don't Talk is a better choice for radio but then again there's no single worthy songs. Truly OOTW 2.0 to the new radio revival.

A future Blank Space sized classic! :clap3:

And follow with NTWDT remix for another #1!

She can prolong this era and release Say Don’t Go and NTDWT as singles. Reputa TV can wait :ryan3:

Right!

I’m not feeling any of the 1989 vault tracks so I’m quite indifferent as to which one will be the lead single. If I had it my way, Taylor would follow up CS with DBATC from Lover and we just go back to 2019 :gaycat6:

This would have been my ideal situation :'(

Like payola/push Slvt! for a quick #1 peak, then the next week send Is It Over Now to radio with a radio deal and a single version etc and watch it replace Slvt! and then let Cruel Summer dethrone it and sneak a third week at #1. Let Xmas Mariah freeze occure and then watch Is It Over Now return to the top shortly after the freeze is done :eli:

this is a good choice but Say dont go is the GP classic ballad smash that she lacked in her hit catalouge. Its giving Always remember this way

I love SDG, great lyrics and melody. But that Mistake In A Bottle production is not it.

Yeah I prefer “say don’t go” as the vault single too, but this is fine as well, and a better choice over slvt for sure. Hope SDG and NTWDT becomes singles eventually.

Oh my taste actually won :jonny4: this doesn't always happen...it's a weird feeling.

Is It Over Now? her 11th #1 just feels so natural to say :jonny:

Would be iconic for this to hit number one this week :dies:

Love the vault tracks from this album. Hoping for big radio updates to end the tracking week strong. :jonny:

I wasn’t a fan of the vault tracks on other albums

I’m a bit confused how this is the vault track that’s taking off? Slvt is the buzziest & Say Don’t Go is the best by far. IION? is too word-salad-y, it sounds more like Midnights than 1989

the GP is still thirsty for Midnor

This plus this song is about Harry :rip:

Which I’m sure is helping it go viral. Luckily it’s a good song too which is helping

LH and Karma were both… a choice to say the least so im glad to see her back on track now. AH CS and IION have all been chosen by other people, she needs to keep it that way :rip:
