I already fear what TS11 might do 

TS11 has the potential to be the most important moment of her career. She’s on top of the world and is unlikely to flop regardless of what the album sounds like, but she has the opportunity to pivot to something really new and exciting. I’m hoping that she hops to a new genre and puts arts over charts (which should take care of themselves) with the next album. TS11 should be the one to redefine her artistry again.

Folkmore was art era, and she only released one studio album after that. I don’t see her deviating away from pop synth.

The only way TS11 will outdo her previous albums is to put out rock music.

Her lyrics are emotionally intelligent, an area in which it appears you’ve got plenty of room for growth. 

Her vocals are secondary to her craft, which is songwriting. She’s a storyteller and her voice clearly works well enough to connect with people emotionally since the start of her career when her vocals were ACTUALLY weak. Just because she’s not a powerhouse vocalist doesn’t mean she doesn’t have the capacity to succeed as a musician. Madonna and Janet are some of the greatest artists of the previous century and they don’t hold a candle vocally to Whitney, Mariah, Celine or Aretha and that’s perfectly fine. 

 

Her visuals are fine I’m not really sure what you’re even implying by calling them “Disney” when Disney is responsible for some of the most iconic animated films, characters, and iconography in human history ??

 

Her stage presence is phenomenal and if you actually watched a performance with her and a guitar or piano instead of those cherry picked clips of her dancing you’d know that. 
 

Come on. It’s 2023. Just because you don’t vibe with Taylor personally does not make her mediocre.
