Britney (the album) deserved to be at least 6× platinum by now, it's so underrated. And it's not like any single from that era is having great recurrent streams either :chick3:

Wiki pedia updated her from tying in 49th place to 42nd place

32 44.5 Bob Seger & the Silver Bullet Band US 1960s–2010s
Guns N' Roses US 1980s–2020s[25]
Alan Jackson US 1980s–2020s[26]
35 43.5 Santana US 1960s–2020s[27]
36 43 Queen UK 1970s–2020s[28]
37 41.5 Drake Canada 2000s–2020s[29]
38 41 Reba McEntire US 1970s–2020s[30]

42 38.5 Simon & Garfunkel US 1960s–2010s
Britney Spears US 1990s–2010s

Once In the zone is updated to 4x platinum, Femme fatale 2x platinum, Greatest hits: MP 2x platinum, The singles collection Gold, glory gold and possibly BOMT 15x platinum, Oops 11x platinum, and Britney 5x platinum she can approach near top 40.

27 65.5 Michael Jackson US 1970s–2000s[80]
28 61.5 J. Cole US 2000s–2020s[81]
29 60 Mariah Carey US 1990's-2020's[82]
Miley Cyrus US 2000s–2020s[23]
31 58 Cardi B US 2010s–2020s[83]

For single from N/A to #32 she can reach as high as 27 surpassing MJ but will likely get knocked out of top 30 since other artists will get updates too.

Well good news for her stans. Britney hasn’t  had a multi-platinum in 15 years then (since Circus)

Her total certified units in the US stand at 96,5M now.

But that’s still lower than Gaga’s 107M units.

Yea keep shifting your goalpost :bibliahh:

24 to 9? I always knew it would be so over for everyone if her stats received re-certification, especially on a global-scale.

This was the final blow for that person with multiple accounts that kept saying Britney didn't have any multiplatinum single.

The amount of L's all those accounts have been taking from the very second this thread has been published :deadbanana2: We love to see iT

Womanizer and Circus solidifying the Circus album as a smash comeback album. IUSA doing cute for a third single.

I wonder what remaining arguments a certain OBH user has for Circus being a "mediocre' comeback era :lakitu:

Either 24 to 9 or 24 to 10 but top 10 placement and will surpass if she hasn't already Whitney so that when Ariana returns Britney will remain top 10

Til the world ends was such a BOP so late into her career. The femme numbers have me happily surprised. Blackout and Circus were HUGE and we all knew that without official numbers

It's funny to see people here act like she completely fell off after 2003 when she...scored 4 platinum hits in her seventh era (mind you, her best-performing album on the US Billboard charts), 13 years into her career :skull:
