vale9001 Posted October 17, 2023 Posted October 17, 2023 (edited) Make you feel my love Rolling in the deep Someone like you Easy on me Hello Set fire to the rain When we were young Also with Make you feel my love reaching 1B (from the album 19) I think she should be the only artist to have at least one 1B song from everyone of her albums and from most albums (the other two should be Dua Lipa and Billie Eilish but with 2 studio albums) https://twitter.com/chartdata/status/1714252356555018246?s=20 Edited October 17, 2023 by vale9001 2
Hot Volcano Posted October 17, 2023 Posted October 17, 2023 Its always funny how prople never bring up Adele when they talk about streaming forces
alejandreaux Posted October 17, 2023 Posted October 17, 2023 doesn’t this also make her the first female artist to have a 1B+ streamed song from 3 different decades? 4

Yes 00s: Make You Feel My Love 10s: Rolling in the Deep, Someone Like You, Set Fire to the Rain, Hello, When We Were Young 20s: Easy On Me ---------------- Gaga will probably be next when Rain on Me reaches the billion mark 2

byzantium Posted October 17, 2023 Posted October 17, 2023 Good for Adele This is what happens when you release excellent music. It gets pretty good recurrent streams. Out of curiosity I looked up where other artists are at: Rihanna still hast the most 1 billion streamed songs at 11, four of them being solo (but I feel like overemphasizing solo records is a little dismissive of the way Black creatives make music) Ariana Grande currently is second with 10, 6 of which are solo. She also has God is a Woman and Dangerous Women which will soon give her the title (assuming Taylor does not get there first) Speaking of Taylor. She currently has 6, billion songs, 5 of which are solo but notably, Love Story, You Belong With Me, and Wildest Dreams all have over 1 billion streams across their original and re-recorded versions. (Also ATW has over 1 billion…but that seems like a different conversation). But within the next month, she has 3 more solo songs that will hit 1 billion (and then an additional 5 that will get there next year so she will have the title for the long run shortly) Dua has 9 (4 of which are solo) but with her new era coming up, she will likely get a handful more. And then Notably, Olivia will likely be the first artist to have 7 solo 1 billion streamed songs from one album when Jealously Jealousy crosses the threshold in 2025. 1

Rih will be at 12 in a matter of days Tay will end up with the crown, obviously. And keep it for the forseable future. Sour with 7/11 is insane, and the rest og the tracks have great numbers as well
dabunique Posted October 17, 2023 Posted October 17, 2023 Sales & Streaming ... only da legend herself Adele my girl has three right now (Say So, Woman, & Need To Know) but she will pick up three more next year (PTTR, Streets, Boss B!tch)
Avenger Posted October 17, 2023 Posted October 17, 2023 Absolutely deserved, looking at her 21 and 25 album streams it really is a very loved record all across! Love that for her.

Zaynsus Posted October 18, 2023 Posted October 18, 2023 Excellent We need to make Hometown Glory go viral so it gets its flowers too because it's criminal that it barely has 200m streams... 3
PopFan1996 Posted October 18, 2023 Posted October 18, 2023 (edited) A streaming poison they said. She's an absolute streaming FORCE. If she was more active in the streaming era, she would be dominating. Edited October 18, 2023 by PopFan1996 4

Bacardo Royale Posted October 19, 2023 Posted October 19, 2023 Wow didn't realize Make You Feel My Love was at a billion That was the first Adele song I ever heard
Iminmysluttyera Posted October 19, 2023 Posted October 19, 2023 Could have been 8 songs if she had given a damn about 30 (for more than a week), but we still love. Congrats legend 1
Mr. Duff Posted October 19, 2023 Posted October 19, 2023 Make You Feel My Love is so impressive because it wasn't huge during its initial run, but it kept growing, and such an amazing classic take on the song! Honestly her set of hits are immaculate because all are timeless beautiful songs.
Enrique523 Posted October 19, 2023 Posted October 19, 2023 Her numbers are beyond impressive and it's ridiculous how weirdly underrated she is on pop forums
