Congrats to Taylor! BW still went #1 on Mediabase :clap3:

vampire, Barbie World and currently Snooze had bad timing when it comes to the Billboard Pop Airplay #1 despite of reaching #1 on mediabase

Mediabase doesn't count until Sunday when it tracks the peak. Plenty of songs have hit #1 on Mediabase but didn't hit #1 on Sunday so the peak is not #1 officially.

That said, Cruel Summer is #1 not Snooze:lakitu:

Well congrats Taylor and Sza should get it soon.

Actually, Billboard Pop used to be on the same tracking week as Mediabase until late December 2022, when Billboard finally moved it to Friday-Thursday. Mediabase should move their official updates to Friday to keep the tracking week consistent with Billboard. Mediabase's Sunday-Saturday tracking period is outdated at this point. That would also help make it easier for labels to do push weeks on country.

Yes, I remember the change. For some reason, I didn't realize that Snooze was far behind but great for Taylor.

She deserves it. Hopefully, Snooze gets it soon.
