I understand but you don’t only loose weight you loose a lot of things lol he is mentally ill what I understand and will never recover.

I think TLC being TLC they would make a reality show "big house" with the worst 600 life people + Nikado. I can even picture a side character: the evil thin caretaker that will put food in difficult places so they need to "work" for it.
