They’ve been photographed together throughout this year, so this is clearly incorrect.  
 

@OP That would be amazing for her if so, but it’s likely to be constipation/gas.  I think she’d be gaining more weight everywhere if it was pregnancy or general weight gain, but that hasn’t been the case (she actually lost a lot of weight this year).
