true but i dont think ive seen artists release sped up/slowed down version on iTunes tho. not many acts have fanbases with stretch goals and money pools strictly to buy the same songs on iTunes every week so maybe its not viable for everyone

Not really. Charli and AG met BTS in 2017 and they were talking about collabing. Charli sent them her demo of Glow which became Dream Glow. Guess that's how they connected (AG didn't work on Dream Glow). 

 

Also they probably like his work with Hikaru Utada and the countless other artists he worked with by now.
