Are they certifying both latin and regular certifications or do these songs have no Latin cert at all? And if so why?

Those songs didn't have latin certifications. 

 

Donde estan los ladrones (album) had a regular Platinum certification in the 90's (1 million) but none of its songs were certified before

Thank you! I just googled and apparently the platinum certifications were introduced in 2000, so maybe they don't certify the records if they were released beforehand.
