Not too surprised with all the others in the list except fopr the ones I don't know (Sangiovanni, Kikimotelaba). Are they European artists?

They are international artists (italian and french) that have collabed with very big spanish artists, that's why they are on the list.

 

OT: Taylor's numbers on Youtube must've been terrible, because on Spotify she is dominating the rest of this list easily (and no one uses AM, Tidal, Deezer...).
