Oh my gosh, those terrible numbers! the earworm 'Paint the town red' was definitely not enough to save her :emofish:
for a newcomer these are really bad numbers :chick3:
Without the scandals and with some catchy pop tracks on her record, along with a better album cover, she would probably be at the top of the world right now.

Oh mom why did you do that?  No mom.
Why u ruined your chances. Is this another witness situation?

Seems like it’s basically Planet Her numbers with a completely new sound and direction with the music. I don’t see the decline or bomb, for her standards, she stagnated but Paint The Town Red made it clear she can nab a hit whenever she wants still.

It’s not time to hit the pop emergency button yet, but she should start trying to push Agora Hills harder.

Oh this is bad. The AM numbers are terrible too and rap does very well there :toofunny3:

Well at least she has Agora Hills to save the era.

Music not the bling

They fixed the 2 versions on Apple Music but she's still below a 5-song ep and Olivia Rodrigo... :deadbanana4:

I knew it

You could've tell thsi would happen just listening to the album.

It okay but its not a "return to" album. I dont hear anything on it that is worthtcoming back to

Yeah so it's basically pulling an Endless Summer Vacation: huge hit but very disappointing album numbers.

Planet Her was way poppier so this doing slightly less than that is not that shocking.

What is more surprising is that Attention is dead last. That song made me stan full-time, it deserves better.

This is actually horrible compared to PH. I like the album but its lacking memorable hooks like the album has no Ain't ****, Woman, Get into it, aka ready to go hits. But Doja wanted to experiment so reap what you sow

She forced the 4th album curse on herself and it worked. She can easily rebound though

35% of the streams from PTTR, and it surely won't get lower in the next days… :deadbanana4:

She knew exactly what she was doing releasing this type of album, and I don't even mean that in a shady way. I love Scarlet. She could easily serve pop hits if she wanted to. Arts not charts :clap3:

Rap fans don’t take Doja seriously enough to check out her rap album

Pop fans aren’t devoted enough to Doja to support an album where she’s purporting to be abandoning pop

Regardless, they’ll still go up for a good Doja single.
