Hatred of women is woven into the fabric that makes up ATRL so it’s no surprise.

I never would've thought 2-3 months ago that Snooze would outpeak Cruel Summer - that is crazy to me :loki:

Tay sis, you need to do something

An album track that she was forced to release as a single 4 years later? Hmm

Snooze's run is starting to remind me of Heat Waves. It might get to #1 just by simply outlasting everything.

Sure and by the time it reached top 5 that narrative changed and we all knew there was a chance (and still a chance)- at that time Snooze didn't even look like it'd be a top 10 hit. Let's not use excuses - see Die For You

I was just curious, so I looked this up. if Snooze does peak at #2 SZA will have a song peak at most of the ranks in Top 13. she needs #4-6 and #8 peaks to fill in the blanks.

(Notably, SOS tracks would have had different peaks without Christmas songs in the way. Nobody Gets Me at #4, Blind at #5, Low at #8 and Love Language at #10. That scenario would have left #6 as the only rank in the Top 10 she hasn't conquered yet.)

#1 - Kill Bill

#2 - Snooze

#3 - Kiss Me More

#4

#5

#6

#7 - I Hate U

#8

#9 - Good Days

#10 - Nobody Gets Me

#11 - Shirt

#12 - Blind

#13 - No Love

Regardless, if you asked the people in early August which one would peak higher - Cruel Summer or Snooze knowing Cruel Summer was top 5 and climbing and Snooze wasn't even top 10 and dropping from its #11 peak for weeks, we know what 90% of people would say

Snooze outpeaking Cruel Summer when it wasn't looking like it would even enter the top 10 in August 2023 was not on anyone's bingo card but perhaps you'll say it was on yours

Regardless of what ultimately happens, Cruel Summer doing what it has is nothing short of incredible. :clap3:

Oof so she would've potentially had 8 top 10 singles from the SOS era with "Shirt" still peaking at #11 :jonnycat:

Truly one of the biggest eras of the 2020s

No one expected a Drake/Sza first single to be 49 on Global Spotify on day 14. That's a tank...

So CS may actually repeak the following week if it remains steady, it's so close in points to Snooze. Crossing fingers!

if you asked me a year ago i would’ve guessed Doja’s next release would be an album bomb situation with like 5+ tracks in the top 20 at least :deadbanana4: her having only 3 on the whole chart is so shocking to me. at least she is shaping up to have 2 genuine hits from the album tho :clap3:
