that member specified from a casual listener / gp perspective which at the very least is arguable. Taylor has x500 the fan base SZA has who also bulk buy 15 versions of the same album.

Which makes her a smaller artist with the public. Half of the US are Taylor fans.

Anyway SOS isn't really getting toes to toes with Midnights especially globally. Midnights is still doing better despite being released 2 months earlier and having much higher debuts.
