Hold on lil bitch. @Aciid As drag philosopher Tatianna once said, as long as I have a dick and a wig on my head, I'm a drag queen. Would you tell Miss Coco Peru that she's not doing drag for wearing pedestrian dresses?

PinkBox Posted July 2, 2017 Posted July 2, 2017 Wait Tiddi actually quit? A scream at her leaving because she was fully expecting everyone to live for her and be up her ass and none of it happened

Citrus Posted July 2, 2017 Author Posted July 2, 2017 @Alena I actually enjoy the wildness of the one piece pattern, but it's too much with the frilled sleeves, henna, and accessories. If you want such a bold piece like that, try pairing with something more calming. For this look, I'd lose the sleeves, make it a sleeker asymmetrical cut, choose white Louboutin heels (this pair isn't perfect, but better than current), and add on a pair of short, cherry red riding gloves. Maybe a sunhat if you're feeling. The details on a busy pattern need to be one, preferably already present or coordinating color. Your couture look is where this is really sorta rough. While I appreciate how it looks a little like Shea's awesome rainbow dress, the issue is that, ultimately, it's too muted. It looks wilted, almost. The flower aren't vibrant enough to really fit with the D&G mold, where the floral is always one of the most striking features. Here, the floral is kind of an afterthought. For the future, I'd like to see you step out of the pastels and orange/pink/reds/tan that you seem comfortable in. I challenge you to give a good look using some cool colors.
Citrus Posted July 2, 2017 Author Posted July 2, 2017 @Whis First off, congratulations on not lip syncing this episode! I will say, you sent this look in way too soon. It’s a good entry and you did fine, but you literally sent this in like 2 hours after the challenge was announced. If you have 3 days and you can use them, then you should. Edit, go over, revise, etc. Anyways, I like most of the choices on the bikini. I don’t think the collared shirt was necessary and wish you had excluded it in your description, but I’m pretty much on board with everything else. Your summer couture is cute but a tad too much. The dress and combinations are stunning (aside from those hideous sandals), and I think the intricacy got you a pass on the lack of coherence with D&G theming. The nose ring is a cute touch, some more punk jewelry choices instead of the traditional henna jeweled gloves would’ve been cute. Overall, really good job. You were in my top 3!
Citrus Posted July 2, 2017 Author Posted July 2, 2017 @A Bomb Your swimsuit serves Lucita Sweet color scheme, and I’m here for it. I live for the Lucille Ball makeup. I do think that the cartoonish aspects (mainly the belt and necklace) got to be too much, but I loved the roller skate idea. I wish you had picked a robe that looked a little less thick (the woolen vibe makes it look cheaper), but it’s not bad. Your summer couture borrows from D&G int eh top and hair flowers, which is cute. I think honestly the pieces here are great but they just didn’t come across very well in the way they were presented/described. I’m not sure how to advise on that, but sometimes I shop/blur out any parts of an outfit I don’t want being mistaken as part of it.
Hug Posted July 2, 2017 Posted July 2, 2017 Yes I got in trouble last season for too many consecutive posts. My only WP I got on new ATRL.
Citrus Posted July 2, 2017 Author Posted July 2, 2017 @Kylie Jenner Whew, you were my #1 for a hot second solely for that rose embroidered jacket. If you get me that, I will get you to Top 3 even if all you submitted each week was the same video of you queefing. The bikini is hot and looks expensive. I’m not sold on the gold and rose pairing, even though the shoes are gorgeous with it all. Maybe a gold necklace with a large red stone, or even pink henna would’ve helped tie it together a slight bit more. Really liked that bikini look tho. Your summer couture hair looks like one of these, and no, that’s not a compliment. The top and shorts are mutipattern but work because you embrace the insanity of it. The heels are chunky but so is Buddy and she won, so no points docked for that. Overall, the reason this didn’t quite click for me is because, while the colors are aggressively cooperating, it doesn’t feel purposeful. It’s not the kind of fashionable clash we’ve seen from Aciid and Carbon. Feels haphehazard a bit. In the future, I would edit a bit more on these eleganza looks and really question what each piece contributes.
A Bomb Posted July 2, 2017 Posted July 2, 2017 (edited) wow drag @DripDrip her photoshop skills anyway my mac is fixed so my presentation will be a lot better Edited July 2, 2017 by A Bomb
Citrus Posted July 2, 2017 Author Posted July 2, 2017 @True Skarlet I know you put a lot of work into the bikini, and I love the concept, but sea bitches still feels a little redundant. Love the actual bikini itself, and the shoe pairing is fabulous. Decently worn concept done very well, so no major complaints. Your summer couture is a SHOOT, and I live. It looks like something Sasha would wear if she lived up to everything she claimed. The earrings catching the yellow in the bodice, nails, and heel is a subtle detail but I love it. You really did that, and this individual look is probably my favorite of this entire challenge. Great work.

If I find a better way to articulate it I will, it just seemed more discombobulated than usual.
Citrus Posted July 2, 2017 Author Posted July 2, 2017 @Rhisiart I think you took the swimsuit part too literally. It’s well fitted and the hair is cute, and you went all out with accessories. So, like, I didn’t give you a bad score for it. But it just doesn’t measure up alongside the other stuff. The summery couture is less D&G and more Miss Frizzle goes to the beach with the hot student teacher. The heels are also a no, straps with a long dress swallow up what little leg you are showing. Love the makeup and crab sunglasses (those are literally so so cute, pls make them in real life). This all worked because your sense of style is very cartoony and sunny, so, in the future, focus on refining your vibrant, bubbly style with a sleeker fashion edge. Try to find that Manila balance between camp and glamour.
