Both matter. Monthly listeners is the first number you see when you go on an artist’s Spotify page, it certainly matters.

It matters because if you have more streams than someone and less monthly listeners, that means that it's just your fanbase repeating your songs. Monthly listeners is reflective of the GP I would say
