the change of title because of the draggings

It’s her loss because isn’t her label putting the profit margins to support trans groups and activists? :clap3:

Hopefully she won’t pull a 2-OUT

I think you underestimate the obsession of TERFs. I've seen lots of them buy the album on twitter just to support her pathetic views. I wouldn't be surprised if the high dame of bigots JKR herself bought like a few dozen.

Interesting, could you link some of them in private, if you manage to find them again?

Anyway, I'm inclined to think that their impact in charts is comparable to the one of the fans who cancelled their pre-order.

This was fake news.

It’s been up for pre-order for months so it will drop as the week draws on since it isn’t doing anything on streaming. I’m guessing it will end up with 6-7K?

Considering she did 4.7K with Róisín Machine (and she gained a lot of fans due to that record), I don’t think this is a wild success for transphobia :rip: It’s more indicative of cancel culture not being real.

Ecstatic that Olivia is blocking that terf from going number 1. Let's celebrate that!

People here only talking about that other woman instead of focusing on Olivia's amazing numbers  :skull:

Pull through The Coral and kick that TERF out of top 2

I really doubt that right-wing folks showed support by hurrying to buy this record. More likely, the vast majority of her fanbase, outside of twitter and ATRL/Popjustice, didn't know or wasn't that bothered by the controversy.

This.

I actually didn't even know about it until I saw the topic here on ATRL. Then again, I am not one to keep up with celebrity news.

Olivia is killing it, I wonder if the album could end up with 60k or so.

Those Roisin sales aren't really anything to write home about. People acting like the UK is suddenly stanning this album when those are most likely her existing fans + new fans she acquired following the positive reception to her last album
