Mods should add a note to Swifties' accounts internally and add a code that automatically denies their reports three times. Each denial has a reset time of 48 hours before they can file for a report again. The report only shows up on the mod/admin dashboard for review when a fourth report is filed.

they just brought back the feature, you could see reports in the old ATRL. you could even see what posts were actually given warnings  

oh? looks like we joined on the same date but I can't remember anything that far back alright then!
