Trish has been my winner very early on and I was actually quite surprised she survived last week but there's one very clear reason why she went tonight, UK society is unbelievably microagressive 

 

An utter disgrace tbh but the one silver lining is that a lot of us Trish fans will certainly help angel Yinrun take this

She was self aware about how it looked her getting all those nominations and how it looked to the public - I loved her saying this, it was a mature take and some of her supporters should follow her lead

I loved watching with you all but I'm done. I'm watching the after show and that's it. Not putting anymore time into this show. The racist public still exists. The crowd fooled me, I thought Trish would make history. I'm extremely pissed off and watching the racists gas light people on twitter "stop using the race card Noky is in!" makes my brain melt. And I can guarantee you Olivia is now going to be a front runner and she's even more "direct" than Trish and is ACTUALLY aggressive especially to Yinrun. But she can get away with it because....

 

I didn't watch the previous episode when I got spoiled who went home but from every other episode Trish was in the right every single time. She handled every single situation perfectly with class. She was NOT the first one to raise if her voice if it got to that point unless necessary (Paul). She always had the best intentions in mind to protect her friends and HERSELF. She is a true class act level headed extremely intelligent woman and the fact that the grand prize will go to someone else makes me sick. I literally feel nauseous. Good riddance to this series. I'm not wasting my time watching any future seasons all it does is piss me off all over again.

One of the most frustrating parts for me is how much the producers actually played into the narrative of Trish being aggressive knowing how a certain part of the audience would respond to that. They've continuously protected Chanelle/Olivia/Jenkin/Tom by not airing some of their worst moments while making sure every time Trish slipped up even a little bit was included in the edit. I understand that this is a reality tv show and that the producers have to manipulate the footage in some ways to create a cohesive storyline, but the highlight shows were often so different from how things actually were on the stream. I seriously do not get some of the choices they've made this season.

Ok everybody - it’s a TV show. It’s not that serious. In fairness - Trish was amazing. I loved her, but you can see why people may want to evict her. It was obvious with 5 people up - that she would go.

Trish can process things so fast. I just watched this clip. She didn't get upset, she quickly saw his reaction and adjusted her tone. I don't know how she does yet. Of course people were saying she was being manipulative to Jordan and she's just as bad as Chanelle..... she's not allowed to mess up. One mistake (with an immediate apology) is their excuse to vote her out even more.

What happened? I didn't watch the episode. The top comment has 1k likes saying Trish manipulated Chanelle's family into logging onto social media. Wtf?

And that's all it takes for people like them. Trish will never get redemption from the public that were waiting for reasons to hate her. Olivia and can be invisible for one episode and become a fan favorite because of it.
