Yeah, it's one those things that only work on already hot people, or in this case, fit. I do agree that they looks great tho, I've been think about cutting up an old shirt and making one

Yes, slim or muscly guys look amazing in a crop top.

I don’t like them on fit people, it looks as they just want to show off their abs. They usually look cute on (really) lean people. For the rest of the people it depends on how you storage your fat. If you do around your belly area these are not flattering. But that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t wear them if like them.

That's an interesting one, because I'm pretty sure the origins of crop tops on men stemmed from sports (see American football shimmel jerseys). They were further popularised by Rocky films and Venice beach musclehead culture.

Lean people also wear them to show off their abs.

They look good on lean men

It depends on who’s wearing it

I don't know why, but imo it works better on girls than boys. For guys you have to be ultra fit to pull it off (and sometimes even like that it doesn't work), meanwhile with girls crop tops look great in chubby girls too

Change the topic to 'Shawn likes seeing guys in crop tops' for that hit thread :swan:

Naturally, due to it revealing the midriff, it depends on a guy's physique. Not everyone can rock that look and have it look appealing. But, by all means, if someone feels confident enough in themselves to wear it—they're more than welcome to.

yes and they look great on guys with bellies too, atrl you will always be fatphobic!

It’s cringe

No because I like pecs, what is the point of hiding pecs if you want to show your body?

It's like covering your eyes for your profile picture.

Some guys can pull it off yes :smitten:

Skinny guys can pull it off yes. People who get offended by that fact need to get a grip. Not every style looks good on every body.

They look amazing on guys, somewhat sexual even.

i want y’all to go deep down inside and examine WHY you think fat people can’t show off their belly. because any other answer other than “i don’t like to see fat people, especially confident ones” is just you lying to yourself <3

No one's saying that. It's likely your own insecurity talking.

People should have the confidence to wear what they want, but that doesn't mean they're going to necessarily look good in the eyes of others. Different clothes typically suit better body types and heights better. It would be dishonest to suggest otherwise, and further illustrates the idea that the body positivity movement is a house of cards. It's not an all sum game.
