Onyxmage Posted August 31, 2023 Posted August 31, 2023 This applies to EVERY rich person including pop stars.
One Rude Boy Posted August 31, 2023 Posted August 31, 2023 No it does not and those that exempt their faves from their broader principles are so wild to me Taylor shows ha toes all the time in her TikToks, i know the incels will start with her feet and ask for ketchup 1
MonsterJohn Posted August 31, 2023 Posted August 31, 2023 People like taylor who constantly exploit her poor fans by releasing 2675339558 versions of the same thing are greedy and should be dealt with
Bubble Tea Posted August 31, 2023 Posted August 31, 2023 I would easily see all celebrities wiped out if it meant their wealth was distributed amongst the poor. Without a doubt.
Into The Void Posted August 31, 2023 Posted August 31, 2023 My faves aren't that rich and fly commercial 1
Bussea Posted August 31, 2023 Posted August 31, 2023 (edited) i don’t take anyone who says eat the rich seriously because they’re just saying and don’t walk the walk. it’s just another one of the buzzwords/phrases that’s going to go out of style.m4a when another one pops up Edited August 31, 2023 by Bussea 1 1
Archetype Posted August 31, 2023 Posted August 31, 2023 I usually consider it to be about the top 0.0001% of the world but I also think the phrase is generally used by dumb 16 year olds who think they’re edgy and counterculture. It’s like when you hear someone say it, you try not to laugh.
Daddy Posted August 31, 2023 Posted August 31, 2023 People in here are obsessed with rich people and how to make them even richer to brag about it afterwards. Go figure.
JorgeM Posted August 31, 2023 Posted August 31, 2023 Well it depends on artists make the money. For example eras tour is going to make tons of money while Taylor is paying fairly to her employees and she is working her self. Yes prices are very high but privilege people is who is buying it. Business can especulate with luxury products like a concert not with medicines, food, energy…that’s is when I put the limit 1
Popboi. Posted August 31, 2023 Posted August 31, 2023 I mean, those expensive tickets also pay the bills of thousands of dancers, back up singers, stage crew, sound crew, cleaning staff, venue rent, truck drivers, chefs and the list goes on and on.
robattack332 Posted August 31, 2023 Posted August 31, 2023 Yes, using it in the first place is the limit. I'm shocked people aren't embarrassed saying things like that. Go do something useful and make your own wealth instead of whining about people who have it. You can redistribute it all how you. like. 1
Orsay Posted August 31, 2023 Posted August 31, 2023 everyone who says this would love to be rich and would become exactly like the wealthy people they despise if given the chance 1 1
Kuromi Posted September 2, 2023 Posted September 2, 2023 "Eat the rich! Except my fave who just bought a 200 million dollar home! Leave them out of this!" People just pick and choose when it comes to that BS saying. Everyone is a hypocrite, so I don't exactly blame them, but it's funny though. 2
P.O.P Posted September 3, 2023 Posted September 3, 2023 A literal tax evader gets the Vanguard Award this year. Go figure. 1
