I'm all for moving away from twitter but no one seems to be moving yet so I just stay there. The people I follow did the whole "i'm on threads now!" post and just abandoned the app and went back to twitter lol

And all the people in here saying 'Why can't you just abandon Twitter?' or 'Just Leave atp' - Many people have built years and years of community on that app, people who have jobs in creative industries such as Art that use Twitter for business as it helps them reach bigger than any of social media websites could. Some people work as social media managers, business owners or journalists who need Twitter to catch their big break. It's not as easy to just shift to another platform unless the entire userbase is.

Yes. The app is still very popular. Threads came and went. All the other Twitter killers are dead or no where near popular. People have an addiction. It’s the same reason why Facebook still isn’t dead.
