SLIME Posted August 15, 2023 Posted August 15, 2023 Over easy or omelette but I forget how to make that one Scrambled is usually a no for me
Infatuation_Junkie Posted August 15, 2023 Posted August 15, 2023 Poached mostly or scrambled egg whites.
Onyxmage Posted August 15, 2023 Posted August 15, 2023 Sunny side up and Burnt. Straight up. I dont want to see a single runny yolk. The yolk has to be SOLID.

Mornings Posted August 15, 2023 Posted August 15, 2023 Bacon egg and swiss cheese on a toasted everything bagel with hot sauce and spinach and a large iced coffee with half n half.
ICLDXU4HS Posted August 15, 2023 Posted August 15, 2023 Fried or hard/soft boiled. Anything that has white and yolk separate >>> scrambled.
popmusicisdead Posted August 15, 2023 Posted August 15, 2023 i loved eating Tamago kake gohan when i was in Japan buy i can't have this anymore because the egg quality in my country is dubious
Kamil24 Posted August 15, 2023 Posted August 15, 2023 Fried, but the yolk needs to be somewhat runny still.
Genius1111 Posted August 15, 2023 Posted August 15, 2023 Scrambled eggs! The thing I eat the most in hotel buffet breakfasts. Also a huge fan of Japanese chawamushi (steamed egg) and their sweet tamago (sometimes grilled, hence called tamagoyaki) Omelets are great too, but it depends on the chef's skills. __________ Other than chicken eggs, I like fish roe and I love crab roe. Quail eggs are not bad too.
