Scrambled is usually a no for me

Poached mostly or scrambled egg whites.

Sunny side up and Burnt. Straight up. I dont want to see a single runny yolk. The yolk has to be SOLID.

buy i can't have this anymore because the egg quality in my country is dubious :bibliahh:

I don't make runny yolk. I boil. Hard :thing:

Fried, but the yolk needs to be somewhat runny still.

Scrambled eggs! The thing I eat the most in hotel buffet breakfasts.

Also a huge fan of Japanese chawamushi (steamed egg) and their sweet tamago (sometimes grilled, hence called tamagoyaki)

Omelets are great too, but it depends on the chef's skills.

__________

Other than chicken eggs, I like fish roe and I love crab roe. :fish:  Quail eggs are not bad too.
