punisher Posted August 14, 2023 Posted August 14, 2023 Whenever I even have 1 coffee or energy drink I always get bad symptoms of anxiety and I think I’m going to try quitting it. Does this happen to you? Can someone move this to lounge, I accidentally posted to base 1

BGKC Posted August 14, 2023 Posted August 14, 2023 (edited) I didn’t think it was a contributor to my anxiety (I didn’t think it did anything, I just liked it) but after I took it out of my daily routine and replaced it with kombucha I felt less anxious with less of a midday crash. B-Luke Posted August 14, 2023 Posted August 14, 2023 When the effect wears off and I haven‘t drunk or eaten much besides 2 cups of coffee (unfortunately this happens to me every now and then), then yes a little. When I keep drinking water and eat a little something in between it‘s fine.
