Yeah, she said it's not the lead but there are rumors that they made it into a droplet cause of the fans not liking the leaks and it being a old song

TBH the only good promo from this is Spotify, it lacked everything else. I have seen 2 tiktoks promoted using Miley song and the thing is those were FAN MADE videos and from unverified accounts, you do not even notice it's a promo and it was even in Spanish (it talked about Mileey using a mickey mouse t-shirt), it's an amazing idea.

 

TBH Miley's marketing stragety was ahead of Selena's and so is the label promo. Miley also benefited from releasing the same day as Selena's. This is not a shade to Miley, if anything I'm impressed, this is what happens when you have a good team around you that actually knows how to manage an artist.

 

A cute TikTok could have made this to debut with 4M

I think it was bc she is literally #1 on TTH and the cover... and cover of many playlists. And thr music viceo is top quality. I think she back tracked in case it doesnt do as well as they anticipated. But that's an odd choice tbh bc she wasted so much hype and good will from the public
 

She should drop a different song to be pushed. this one feels too laidback and uninspired at this time.

she received an estimated 2.76M streams in the US yesterday, 1.4K sales and 4.1M audience impressions.

 

i think she’ll end up with 13.5M streams, 4.5K sales and 24M audience impressions which would be roughly 130 points. that’s enough for top 15 on a regular week, but since there’s an album release, top 25 is more likely.

I just hope this will somehow get love from UK. Selena needs to get stronger there.

She won't have 24M audience lol mostly likely 10/12M

 

Plus, her sales will be bigger. Around 10k me thinks. Streams i'm also guessing more, since we still have Apple Music and Pandora. I think 20M debut?

Actually, her radio numbers are not only 4.1M. It got 4M from pop, 1,6M from HAC and 0.058M from AC. Mostly 5,8M audience impressions.
