Olivia and Oliver :eli:

The last 2 artists to debut at #1 with their debut single :sistrens:

I think Olivia charted with a random disney song at the bottom of the chart but Billboard always says drivers license was her debut single

The song is resonating now BUT something had to be manipulated behind the scenes for this completely unknown artist to surface in such a big way.

Whether it's a calculated industry push, sketchy social media algorithms (hello Elon), or chart manipulations... something is off

Wasn’t the industry complaining last week that it can’t build big stars like they use too.  They didn’t do this

Imagine having to celebrate that a 2019 song from the artist you hate is at #2 instead of #1. Hard times :dies:

150+ pts lead.. :dies:

This is so inaccurate, especially the points lead.

Rich Men North Of Richmonds' sales were all stable each day with around 24K sales/day. It's not going to all of a sudden increase to 40K sales/day, especially since sales are frontloaded (it did similar sales on Sunday compared to Saturday despite having way more streams, for one). 150K sales is a way more accurate projection.

Cruel Summer's gains have stalled at this point. I saw TOTC's predictions yesterday and I would honestly have been shocked if it was still in the top 3.

It's quite obvious All My Life is falling faster than Snooze. How is it higher all of a sudden?

CS has been gaining really hard the last three weeks in a row on streaming and radio is still gaining overall. Plus we have Mexico tour boost coming (lots of buzz) and anniversary next week for Lover album. I think it could increase even more :dies:

The exact sales figure was leaked earlier today. Another source given to a predictor stated that it "did approximately the same each day."

This is wild... wow. The charts were bad in 2020 and 2022, but I think we can all agree that this is infinitely worse than any BTS scam :rip:

It's not even close to being global. iTunes is absolutely irrelevant everywhere, you could go Top 10 with 50 sales in some countries and this is not even an exaggeration. Apple Music in countries like Norway, Sweden and... Bhutan is also a very small platform. Everybody uses Spotify in Europe. And on Spotify you have it at #3 in the US, #14 in Canada, which is a very similar market, and some noise in other Anglosphere countries. This has not and won't ever make any noise outside of the US and its satellites.
