Absolutely. Him and his defense team are trash and that just gives Meg's credibility more merit. Then goofy decided to steer towards the alcoholism defense just to try and save face. His ego and stupidity was his downfall.

Haven't been following the case, why would he use alcoholism as a defence? wasn't he driving? Didn't this happen in a car? Seems like a bad defence?

He should’ve been sentenced more years, but don’t worry. He still has to go to court for the August Alsina assault case. He will be away for an even longer time after that case is over.

I have no idea. The judge was confused too and read them down for not making sense. :dies:

So the white girl who has had a history of black-fishing and performing with a blaccent is supporting a man who literally shop a black female rapper. You can go to hell Iggy, I’m done having any type of sympathy for you.

Does he get to appeal this?

Also Megan needs to be very careful...I feel like he might send goons her way or to her family for revenge.

I am wishing her strength and courage. I bet she is overwhelmed with everything.

I doubt he'll serve the full 10 (though he should). Either way, I'm happy about the news and that justice was served.

Ship him back to Canada and **** everyone who took part in the derision of Megan.

The wild thing is that this sentence probably would have gone a lot differently if he was remorseful and didn’t go out of his way to lie on Megan’s name and invite so much vitriol and hatred towards her.

This never would of went to court had he not been out here antagonizing Meg every chance he got

He would have gotten less if he took a plea and apologized. Instead he denied it until the end.

This narrative is kinda weird. He was going to be charged with possession of a deadly weapon anyways.

He definitely got big-headed and allowed the manosphere to fuel his ego.   He was very remorseful right after the incident and should have handled the situation with the same humility. Instead surrounded himself with people that took advantage of him, and told him whatever he wanted to hear.  I don't think this situation is funny at all and i don't know what folks are laughing at. He has thrown his life away over something that could be easily avoided.

Any type of plea would have come with jail time and deportation. His reputation was already in ruins either way. He gambled and lost, but I don't think he expected it to be this bad. I don't think something like this has ever happened in hip-hop history.
