Not really... Insecurity person is usually very grounded, self-aware and humble, they might be little scare and shy cuz their flaws but it's quite cute actually.

Like someone said above, I'll take insecurity person rather than an arrogant person any day of the week.

It depends because everyone got their own insecurities, but if insecurity is one of your defining character traits, that's a big NO from me.

 

Insecurity just often leads to bouncing between overly fake confident to self destructive, constant validation seeking behaviour, projecting, too sensitive to criticism, inability to be happy for other people, doing whatever to compensate for insecurity, and so many other things. 

 

People in this thread saying it's kinda cute, are you sure you don't confuse being shy with being insecure, because
