Depends. Not a fan of the styles in the OP but ultimately it just depends on how you maintain it.

Completely depends on the guy. I like it though in at least half the examples I see. 
 

Gonna use two Kpop idols for example (sorry I’m too lazy to post pics but anyway). Jungkook from BTS is handsome but looks way better with short hair. Hyunjin from SKZ looks amazing with his long hair.

Latin guys with darker skin tone and hair pull it off easily aswell.

It always depends. I have long hair (waist lenght, wavy). I personally enjoy it and I hook up with way more guys than when I used to have a buzzcut. I get a lot more compliments in general. Sometimes it’s annoying because people wanna touch it. Some men come forward that they always wanted to have but couldn’t, others have a kink for pulling in bed, some are very turned on by it. Like any other thing there’s a cute niche for it. I also have a personality that enjoys standing out so it’s always nice to be noticed in positive manners in spaces every men is rocking the same short hairstyles (lol). There’s a downside too that some people think it’s dirty (it’s not, any length can be dirty if you don’t clean it) or that many will “effeminate” you (not experience, but then i’m more beefy) 
 

But it overall depends. Hair frames faces, so there has to be an attention to what frames you better and how you feel about it, especially if beards are also involved
