I love vampire but it is not close to a Fiona song whatsoever:rip:

People want to paint Olivia as this alternative indie artist but she's a POP GIRL. It's giving delusions of Halsey.

I really hope the strong radio support can sneak Cruel Summer into the top five for that cute peak. It seems clear that it would struggle to hit #1 unless she releases a remix or something, but also that it’ll be on the chart for a long time thanks to radio, so something like #5 or #4 would be a fine peak.

It would've already been top 5 this week if it wasn't for Travis dumb album  :ace:

she needs to release something next week, this is the only time she might be able to get a higher peak atp.

Speaking of, What does her team even do?Like they don't give her high tth placements and they last very little if they do, she has subpar playlist reach, they don't advertise her on SM, they never take initiative to release physical singles for her. Idk I feel like her team or whoever it is, isnt as good as other big artists.

Her team convinced her to release Cruel Summer as a single so at least they did that lol. But in general, I think they mostly manage her radio.  I think they don't think the other stuff is worth the return on investment.

Her team rightly prioritizes her success as an album artist over singles. Also new artists usually get bigger single pushes than veteran acts like Taylor since its more important for creating a fanbase for the newer artists.

Yeah, radio’s weight should be lowered, but in the grand scheme of things, it really isn’t throwing off the accuracy of the charts the way sales are. As we have seen the past two weeks (with Seven and TTiaST), all it takes is several thousand sales to beat out millions of streams and radio listeners.

That’s because you’re actually paying for something.  If anything, sales should count the most, just fine tune the fraudulence.

I think the charts were delayed because of the albums bought overseas, like the last time Billboard delayed. :doc: I am glad NewJeans got it, we need more female groups getting #1 albums.. I doubt the Barbie team is worried about a #2 peaking album when 3 of the songs from the album are hits.. Too bad the Barbie Album wasn’t released a week earlier because a #1 album would be impressive, since I actually like most of the songs.. :dancehall:

Meanwhile, in reality, they were having to spend so long purging the false sales from NewJeans, hence why their predicted total dropped so significantly. :skull:

I had no idea who NewJeans was until now smh. Can the K-Pop invasion stop though? They all sound the same so we can just stick with a few groups making it big in the US.

You have an issue with K Pop acts but not the influx of regional Mexican songs that is arguably much worse? :skull:
