Yes, but my body does not unless I drink lactose free and low fat milk. Really sad. I don't remember having any lactose intolerance when I was younger but as I get older, drinking milk has become something I can do less and less... which doesn't make any sense since it is only milk and milk-based products I am fine with.

Yup! It has to be the fatty kind though, bc everything else is like drinking white water. Super good with a chocolate cake or cookies. The only acceptable alternative is oat milk
