Cantaloupe. Posted July 31, 2017 Author Share Posted July 31, 2017 Round 4 Scores Urb: Spoiler Bad Things - 9/10 Beautiful! Wish the title font was a bit darker/more bold (looks brown). A barcode and some more text would've gotten you a perfect score. Hurem - 9.25/10 Love it, but the "V" looks a bit off to me though, the opacity should've been a bit lower. Talent - 8.5/10 In love with the images! Wish you used a different font and color for "there's something about Mary" though. Takes away from the image and makes it look a bit cheap. Marn - 7.9/10 Like the black and white one more than the color one. Wish the font was stronger. Fenrir: Spoiler Bad Things - 8.5/10 Hurem - 8/10 talent - 9/10 Marn - 7/10 LiMe: Spoiler Bad Things - 9/10 - Nice image choice, looks very magical. I may have moved the text up the top to the bottom because it kind of distracts from her face, but that’s such a small change. Good work though. Hurem - 7/10 - I feel the effect of the V is so out of place from the rest of the image. It would have felt more cohesive if the V was more edgy, with perhaps blood dripping down the side as to match Beyoncé’s arm. Text-wise, it’s okay but could use a bit of shifting – some of the text feels long/big for a V Magazine cover. Talent - 9.5/10 - Simple, but I like the bold aesthetic, though you could have varied some of the text for each different cover. Marn - 6/10 - I don’t like the first cover at all, there’s too much going on. However I’m really digging the second one, simplicity works for you. That being said, text placement could use some work on that cover. Also maybe some sort of image effect could have been used to spice things up a bit, instead of an ordinary black and white image. To close it out, you're going to be certifying your album with a plaque. You get to choose what songs from your tracklist were singles (at least 2) and how much your album sold. Each single should have a cover somewhere in your entry, either on your plaque or submitted separately.
