Rejection sucks and your sad feelings won't immediately leave, but make sure you know that there's always a light at the end of every tunnel. Try to go outside more if you can, with or without friends and family. Go shopping, see a movie, walk through nature, read a book in the sun or do some city trips or vacations. Make sure your mind is somewhere else. Like it is the case with everything, healing takes time when it comes to feelings like this. Don't give up when you feel down, always believe in yourself and what you are capable of. It's such a tough and negative situation, but hang in there! Also remember that there are hundreds of millions of people going through the same struggles that you do. If all those people can heal, so can you.

Like the signs were there but the chest and arms muscles were just too much for me I fear (and also the dique of course, but something about those muscles in particular [and the CHEST HAIR ] make me WEAK).
