Sony Unveils Highly Anticipated WF-1000XM5 Earphones

Sony's flagship earphone line is getting an upgrade this month! Lighter, smaller, and boasting even more features than the acclaimed WF-1000XM4s. 

 

Will you be upgrading? I've only had my XM4s for a year or so so I'll probably wait but I'm definitely tempted!

I'm fine with my Galaxy Buds Pro which doesn't develop chronic battery drain after using or sudden dying of one earpiece or multipoint problems or the noise that noise cancelling mode makes and more

Are these earbuds a good investment? I still use the wire ones - the cheap ones that you get from drug stores - but I have to replace them quite often

I've heard god things about the Galaxy Buds but have never tried them myself! I went through an earbud phase where I spent way too much money on a bunch different brands and models. I like my Sonys but could definitely be open to trying something else at some point

Nice! I have the over ear version for work and they are an absolute SLAY @Reverse Warholian And amazing for airplane use.

I would look into the XM4s (the model that came out prior to the XM5s) as they are one of the best reviewed earbuds out there. They are also on sale/cheaper now that a new model is coming out. There are definitely other ones that are in the same league (Bose quiet comfort, AirPod Pros, Galaxy Buds) you can't really go wrong with any of them. But there are some great articles that compare different brands and whatnot!

You should try!! Btw I didn't randomly wrote that, i tried 2 XM4's (1 was a replacement) and they were both faulty and I got so mad that I completely refunded and got the Buds 2 Pro's and it's been flawless ever since. Those chronic problems were very popular on the forums too. The sound quality is incomparably much more better than AirPods Pro's and it was on par with Sony's. They only work good with Samsung's own devices though so I don't recommend them if you own an another phone.

i own the XM5 headphones and they are great, as for earbuds, i have the galaxy buds pro and i am waiting for the Buds pro 3 to finally make the upgrade, since the buds pro 2 does not have many improvements, BUT this XM5 earbuds are really tempting me.

Sony undeniably has the best sound quality of all earphones AND headphones and that's that on that. I know y'all brand obsessed girlies bought these toothbrush head overpriced airpods but alas, they're really nothing special lol.

I'm always on the lookout for better, but Galaxy Buds are honestly the best earbuds I've ever had. Just all around extremely solid
