I wish we’d end this era of corporations and leaders ALWAYS acting everything they’re doing is under control and doing well, I’d much more respect if CEOs would admit when their company is a mess and something is very wrong. I’d rather they admit when they’re wrong or way off base and then address tangible and organized steps on how they plan to address it… or if they don’t know how to fix it yet, SAY YOU DON’T KNOW YET and are figuring it out. 
 

The least corporations could do is be honest with their customers. We’re no longer falling for the facades as much as we used to.

This happened to me too and there was an unoccupied conveyor on the other side but they said they couldn't use it
