We don't want her to be different and groundbreaking. We want her to be the Doja Cat we grew to love. We want her to be consistent. I love Need To Know, Woman and You Right. I don't want her to completely depart from that sound.

define we

I love what she's doing right now

I want good album Idc about singles. If the album is cohesive and good I'll be living

Hot Pink and Planet her are basically hits playlist

Is Doja un-cancelled now that she released a lowkey bop?

This. Planet Her strongest tracks are the album tracks, definitely not Say So 2.0, The Flopnd feature or the Kim Petras From the Vault reject (even though I still adore Need to Know to death).

Anyway, is the album confirmed to be titled First of All? I liked Hellmouth or even Feral as it says on her shirt in the video more.

dnjdndbdjshdjshss kim petras from the vault reject? baby, luke saves his best beats for doja let’s not get it twisted. :coffee:

Also Kiss Me More isn’t a Luke production but i feel like that goes over a lot of people’s heads here

I agree about the album title, she needs to change it asap

she’ll never be cancelled as long as she keeps the bops coming :bird:

All she said is that she’s doing what she feels like doing instead of recording songs meant to be hits— I assume when she says this she means Kiss Me More, You Right, Say So type of songs.

i do believe she wants to put her own sound (Planet Her album tracks) to the forefront with this album versus the PH singles, which were obviously decided without her full control… so anyone saying the sound hasn’t changed that much is somewhat correct except this time Doja is the one behind the steering wheel. That’s how I see it at least

for this kind of project (art over chart) she should've released album/vinyl pre-orders way before the 2 singles ...

her team is really dropping the ball hard with the strategy.

the music video is just too much. what is the reason for this blasphemy and satanic imagery? just feels so forced and die hard for controversy atp. the video will fail to get montero (cmbyn) type of controversy if that was what she wanted to chase.

I have to agree with you on this one Truth Teller

The song was good but not undeniably good enough to make everyone forget how horribly she spoke to her fans

Ok i Changed my mind, after a few listens I am really enjoying this

I like it, it’s cute.
I was really looking forward to see what she was gonna serve us lyrically, since she teased better lyrics on this album.

I have to admit I was kind of disappointed in that aspect… she has the flow and she has such a unique delivery, but for some reason her lyrics don’t give me the energy that their supposed to. They’re not even bad lyrics, but I feel like she always lacks in that department and so far it looks like lyrically she still not gonna give much.

I love this, the video was amazing. Doja Cat you will always be famous!!

If Doja was more lyrically inclined this song would be 1000x better. It's still a nice chill vibe though

I don't think I'm wrong in saying that she could've released this without the sudden image change (unnecessary bald head) / boyfriend controversy / fake "i'm in my illuminati puppet era" persona
