Gorjesspazze9 Posted July 17, 2023 Author Posted July 17, 2023 I can’t imagine a world where Apple own’s Avengers, Star Wars, Toy Story, Frozen, Disneyland parks, Crusie lines, Hotels, and a Animated Empire
ctlp27 Posted July 17, 2023 Posted July 17, 2023 A spin off could make sense. I don't see Apple's interest in cable or network (ABC, ESPN, etc.) that could be sold like Murdoch did with Fox/Fox Studios. They could also spin-off the park activity and have some kind of licence fee to pay for copyright and use of catalogue. Apple would only benefits from the IP, they have no interest in the other business to be frank.
byzantium Posted July 17, 2023 Posted July 17, 2023 This would really harm Disney’s goodwill, but I guess the company has made it a mission to destroy its goodwill over the past 10 years anyway.

Smarticle Posted July 17, 2023 Posted July 17, 2023 Apple struggles to even innovate their own phones now, we don't need more quick little limited series from them under Disney 1 1
nostalgic Posted July 17, 2023 Posted July 17, 2023 No need to sell, just make better creative decisions, learn from the recent drawbacks and know when to read the room 2

Pop Art Posted July 17, 2023 Posted July 17, 2023 The entirety of the Walt Disney Company? Are they not one of the biggest companies out there? Why would they need to sell the entire thing?
Mitsouko Posted July 17, 2023 Posted July 17, 2023 The government let Disney buy 20th Century-Fox and Amazon buy MGM. What’s another little monopolization to them?
