Lol this mathematically make 0 sense. The filtration rate is 20. When someone streams a song more than 20 times, all the streams above that gets filtered. Which means the OG was going to get 15,9M no matter what.  

And no, explicit and clean both are considered as the same song. Spotify has been doing this since always

This song's explicit and clean versions are on an EP together, with different titles for each. Unlike the traditional parallel clean EP of a release you can open under "1 more release". So I believe the tracks have a separate capacity of streams to be eligible for the charts, 40 in total.
