Like it's crazy how she really has zero fans for someone so young with such a big hit. Not even the gays are ironically stanning. Her 'This is GAYLE' Spotify playlist only has 6k likes. She has less than 300k Instagram followers. Not even Taylor Swift's endorsement helped. A very curious case of the industry being able to manufacture a smash hit but totally failing to gain any traction with the artist themselves. Gayle is really the first example to come to mind now when i think of a "one hit wonder". And i saw it coming right as the song was smashing, it's was obvious from the beginning that NO ONE actually cared about her, they just liked the song for some reason. abrantino Posted July 9, 2023 Posted July 9, 2023 Really dislike this song, but jeez she gets so much hate around pop forums that I'm starting to feel bad for her. Hope she's not the kind of person that reads some of the stuff people say about them on social media.
