You’re acting like people didn’t choose to stream PITUSA more than the other songs because it’s…a holiday. Bruce Springsteen is #8 for that same reason. Like what exactly is there to complain about

What would make me happy is a chart with faster turnover.

I was okay with it the first few years 2013, 2014, maybe 2015, when the Christmas song domination was confined to a week or two in December. Now, it's become overly excessive with Christmas songs dominating the charts the entirety of November and December. I just hope the domination doesn't eventually extend to October or even September.
