Badgalbriel Posted June 22, 2023 Posted June 22, 2023 (edited) Probably 12 or 13, it's a 4 year old song and the US let of the tour can only take it so far. Edited June 22, 2023 by Badgalbriel
umich Posted June 22, 2023 Posted June 22, 2023 If radio is really on board with this, then top ten for sure. We just need the streaming numbers to align as well.
WitnessOblivia Posted June 22, 2023 Posted June 22, 2023 I can honestly see this smash pretty hard. But not hard enough to become a #1.

FolkLover1989 Posted June 22, 2023 Posted June 22, 2023 Probably at best a cute Top 5 That's more than enough ig
Johnny Jacobs Posted June 22, 2023 Posted June 22, 2023 Top 15 if she wont do anything to promote it further. Top 5 if she will
Mr. Mendes Posted June 22, 2023 Posted June 22, 2023 I think it can make it to the top 5, but a #1 is a long shot with this. Especially when she's essentially going to be competing against herself when Speak Now TV drops as those songs are probably going to be charting on the Hot 100, or at least some of them.
Peroxide Posted June 22, 2023 Posted June 22, 2023 (edited) Top 20 on lock... top 15 if we're lucky. If not for Speak Now this could have gotten the Die For You treatment... but I think this going to be more of a Bloody Mary situation. I'd love to be wrong but I don't see Taylor pushing Karma, Cruel Summer and (I suspect) 2 songs from Speak Now TV all at the same time. Edited June 22, 2023 by Peroxide
LVP Posted June 22, 2023 Posted June 22, 2023 Taylor can make it number one if she wants to, she proved she knows tactics
blown away Posted June 22, 2023 Posted June 22, 2023 #3 is possible. Wasn't it #3 on US Spotify just yesterday? Not sure about Apple Music. I don't see it going to #1 though, radio picks it up too slowly for that to happen. The gains are healthy, but no explosive enough.
byzantium Posted June 22, 2023 Posted June 22, 2023 It’s currently sitting at #3 on US Spotify. I feel like I am being conservative by saying top 10 but not top 5
Rep2000 Posted June 22, 2023 Posted June 22, 2023 It's gonna be Delicate. Top 10-20, but will keep hovering in the charts for months.
HRHCOLLECTION Posted June 22, 2023 Posted June 22, 2023 If SHE puts her mind to it, it can go #1 with enough efforts
wastedpotential Posted June 22, 2023 Posted June 22, 2023 It's predicted to be top 20 next week, and I really wouldn't be surprised to see it in the top 10 a week (or two) after that. As for a peak, it just depends on what the songs around it are doing at the time, but I could see it comfortably making the top 5. I don't think Spotify is anywhere near peaking yet, and radio is really getting on board

Bloody Mary never even entered AM US or Global while CS is top 10 on AM Global and went top 20 in AM US (despite Gunna album bomb). Cruel Summer (US) Spotify: #3 (=) Amazon: #7 (=) iTunes: #7 (=) AM: #23 (-1) *#12 excluding new releases* A song with these strong stats will easily go top 3 if it had atleast a little radio. The fact that there is not a significant radio audience is the one that is hurting it the most. It is going top 20 next week. Edited June 22, 2023 by Miss Americana 1
Before Today Posted June 22, 2023 Posted June 22, 2023 The song is already popular without it being a single, it can have the same fate as All Too Well
Ms. Togekiss Posted June 22, 2023 Posted June 22, 2023 Cruel summer is having such a bigger moment than bloody fad why do they even try it in this thread OP: a cute top 10 with legs would be nice. Doubt it will hit anything above #5, but the top 10 is kinda old rn so anything is possible
Bosque Posted June 22, 2023 Posted June 22, 2023 Honestly I think it will hit #1. On streaming only Ella Baila Sola and Last Night Are ahead, and both are pretty old. Radio is getting on board fast.
