This is getting much better reviews than I was expecting. I really hope Zendaya snatches an Oscar nom. Though Luca having 2 movies coming out this year might complicate things.

this movie was supposed to be in last year's awards season until it got pushed back because of the sag strike.

if they are smart (and it's very likely), "queer" (with Daniel craig) will be pushed back to next year so they don't clash

I hope so! I just worry that since it was released in April instead of end of the year, it may not have the momentum to get nominated. So I think Zendaya will really have to campaign a lot if she wants to get an Oscar nomination for herself and the movie
